Item Availability

Items listed as "in stock" are typically shipped in 1 business day from receipt of order. Special order or customized items typically take longer. If there is an item currently listed as "out of stock" or if you don't see the item you need, please Contact Us and we can work with you.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most items still in new/undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Special order items and items that are cut to length are excluded from this policy.

You can expect us to process your refund with 5 business days of your items arriving at our location, however, in many cases this will occur more quickly. Be advised that the time at which your refund appears in your account (due to bank processing) can take an additional 5 - 10 days.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



International Shipping

If you're outside of the USA and would like to order some items, please contact us through the contact form for more information. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and these cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to export restrictions. For international orders shipping outside the USA, the purchaser will be responsible for paying any local duties or tariffs imposed by their local government on their items.
